Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation.
Same-day (within 24 hours of your booking) cancellation, reschedule or no-show of your Roganic Hong Kong reservation will incur a charge of HK$380 per person at lunch from Tuesday to Friday. $880 per person at lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Same-day (within 24 hours of your booking) cancellation, reschedule or no-show of your Roganic Hong Kong reservation will incur a charge of HK$880 per person at dinner
Same-day (within 24 hours of your booking) cancellation, reschedule or no-show of your Roganic Private Dining Room reservation, will incur a charge of HK$1180 per person at dinner
Cancellation of your Aulis reservation less than 72 hours of your visit will incur a charge of HK $1380 per person at dinner for Aulis Hong Kong
For Exclusive hires or parties of 6 and above in Aulis, cancellation notice need at least 7 days. Otherwise a charge of full menu price per person will incur.

Terms and Conditions
Roganic is happy to accept children over the age of 6 years at lunch time and over the age of 12 in the evening in the main restaurant. Children of any age are welcome in our private dining rooms. Please note we do not have a children’s menu at the restaurant.
Our Private Dining Rooms do not have a minimum charge but the whole party must order our Full Tasting Menu for dinner. For lunch the whole party must order either of our short or full tasting menus.
If you would like to bring your own cake, we charge a cake cutting fee of $45 per person starting from 01/08/2022.
Roganic can usually cater for most health or allergy related dietary requirements with advance notice. Our head chef will happily adapt the menu according to each individual guest’s requirements. Please note any allergies or intolerances when making the reservation, so advance notice can be given to the kitchen.
