Aulis Hong Kong is Simon Rogan’s chef’s table offering guests a dynamic and interactive dining experience. Our chefs will guide you through the tasting menu and our sommeliers will pair your meal with either wine or a flight of non-alcoholic drinks.

Dinner:
7:00pm to 22:00pm $1,380 pp

Saturday
Lunch: 12:30pm to 16:30pm $1,380 pp
Dinner: 7:00pm to 22:00pm $1,380 pp

Aulis Sample Menu $1380 pp
Corkage fee:
$500 per 750ml bottle / $1000 per magnum
Cake fee:
$45 per person
Private Hire Minimum Spends: $24,000 + 10% sc

Please allow at least 3 hours to enjoy our Aulis Menu.

Dietary:
Due to the nature of the dining experience, allergies and dietary requirements are accommodated to a certain degree and at our discretion. Please provide dietary requirements for members of your party well in advance of the reservation with at least 7 days prior notice.

Cancellation:
Guests are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. For parties of 4 or below, any adjustment or cancellation notice need at least 7 days. For parties of 5 and above (and private hires), any adjustment or cancellation notice need at least 14 days. A charge of full menu price per person will incur. Same applies to no show.
