Second Special Collaboration in 2024
Roganic x Seroja

Join us on Monday, 4th and Tuesday, 5th March for an 11-course dinner prepared by chef-owner of Seroja, Kevin Wong, and Roganic executive chef, Oli Marlow, that combines their signature styles and celebrates sustainability.

Seroja, located in Singapore, specialises in contemporary Malaysian cuisine. Led by chef-owner Kevin Wong, they are currently the only restaurant in Singapore to receive a Michelin Green Star.

At Roganic, sustainability also lies at the centre of everything we do. Our Chef Patron, Simon Rogan, said, “We are thrilled to align and bring these shared values to the forefront of this special collaboration.”

Roganic x Quintonil

February marks our five-year anniversary at Roganic Hong Kong and to celebrate this milestone, we are hosting a series of five special events and collaborations taking place throughout 2024.

The first event is a collaboration with Chef Jorge Vallejo from the restaurant, Quintonil which is located in Mexico City. It will take place on Friday, February 23rd, and Saturday, February 24th. We will offer a 6-course collaborative menu for lunch and an 8-course menu for dinner.

Quintonil specialises in Mexican cuisine, using fresh local ingredients and traditional flavours with a modern twist. The restaurant has received top accolades, claiming the 9th ranking in the World's 50 Best Restaurants and achieving a remarkable 98% score in La Liste Top 1000 Restaurants 2023.
