A Unique Collaboration Series for Two Nights Only
For two nights only, Roganic's head chef Adam Catterall will host chef Hawan Jung of Seoul's one Michelin-starred and Michelin Green-starred GIGAS for a special collaborative dinner series in Hong Kong.
Available for dinner only on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th August, the exclusive tasting menu showcases the styles of both chefs, inspired by regenerative agriculture, fermentation and the finest seasonal produce.
Expect "Herb salad with herb cream, goat cheese, caper, guanciale, scallop, cream, herbs from GIGAS Farm and caviar", "Guangdong roast duck with corn & chilli, sweet potato romesco and morning glory" and a "Pink guava and frozen marigold cream sandwich" to finish. Find a sample menu here.
