English Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
300g T55 flour
6g Dried Yeast
15g Caster Sugar
20g Diced Butter
1 Egg
170g Milk
6g Salt
Method:
- Mix flour, yeast, salt
- In blender, mix above with rest of ingredients with dough hook,full speed for 10 minutes
- Shape in ball, cover with clingfilm, proof until double in size
- Roll into 1cm thick
- Grease ring cutter then cut
- Dust chopping board with flour, place out cut doughs on and proof again till double in size
- Set plancha to 3 o'clock
- Toast until cook through
