WITH CELEBRATIONS COMING TO HONG KONG IN FORM OF AN EXCLUSIVE TASTING MENU THAT FEATURES HIS FAVOURITE DISHES FROM THE PAST TWO DECADES

To continue Simon Rogan's anniversary celebrations, Simon has put together a unique tasting menu based on his most-loved dishes from the past two decades. 

The bespoke menu will be served at Roganic Hong Kong from 13th to 18th December and is comprised of signature dishes on from Simon's menus across his award-winning restaurants : L'Enclume, Roganic London, Rogan & Co, Fera, Aulis London & Cartmel, and Henrock.

Simon and his Executive Head Chefs Tom Barnes and Oli Marlow, will be on hand to explain the history and story behind each dish. Signature dishes include: "Pork and smoked eel fritter, lovage and fermented sweetcorn", "Razor roll reversal", "Five flavour monkfish, parsnips and hazelnut" and the famous "Anvil 20" dessert.
