Aulis London is coming to Hong Kong!

Every Sunday throughout June, our Executive Chef Oli Marlow will be transforming our intimate 12-seater chef's table into a casual, all-day dining kitchen counter, serving some of his more casual signature dishes created at one of London's most talked-about experimental kitchens - Aulis London

Guests will be able to enjoy hyperlocal, seasonal dishes, cooked right in front of you by our dedicated chefs. You'll have the opportunity to select either 3 or 5 dishes from the selection below, priced at $280 or $450. 

Beetroot cured salmon with English muffin 
Buttermilk chicken, waffles and birch sap butter 
Pig head and crumpets
Warm cherry cake and earl grey tea chocolate
Pine custard doughnuts

Complement the meal with a selection of beverages including our very own Anvil Beer, a pale ale brewed in The Lake District,  freshly made lemonade and coffee or tea.

When booking, guests will be able to choose from a selection of two-hour-long slots available throughout the day, starting from 9am and ending at 9pm.

This is a rare opportunity to experience Aulis London firsthand.

Our baking class, run by Executive Chef Oli Marlow.  Two iconic dishes to make and take home and a three-course Roganic lunch (sold out)

Join our first ever workshop: A hands-on baking class creating two of our most iconic dishes. Oli will be leading the class teaching you how to make our soda bread as well as the delicious Roganic apple tart with a step-by-step tutorial - so total beginners are welcome.


Our Sunday classes are now fully booked.  We are running one additional class each Thursday and Friday.
