For one day only, Roganic Hong Kong Sous Chef Adam Catterall joins forces with Ho Lee Fook’s Head Chef ArChan Chan to produce a collaborative menu that fuses nostalgic, old-school Cantonese flavours with innovative British flair.

Highlights of the experience include, the beloved Hong Kong-style Prawn Toast on British crumpets; iconic Fish Balls made with fresh scallop and mussel mousse, served with a curry sauce; Chef ArChan’s exclusive dish of Claypot Rice; and Chef Adam and Chef ArChan's take on Ice Cream Sundae.

This fun, one-off event is taking place at our chef's table Aulis. Priority booking is now open, allowing you to choose to reserve 90-minute sessions throughout the day starting at 12pm, 3pm and at 6:30pm.
